Restorative Yoga: Once a month retreat!

Soothe your nervous system and recharge your inner battery. Whether you seek freedom from your own suffering or desire freedom for all, self-care is essential to showing up more skillfully in our communities, in our world. 

Join me for 90 minutes of gentle stretching / self-massage / ball rolling / supported postures / guided meditation / a mindfulness-based practice in community / all are welcome
