Morning Slow Flow

Our Monday morning class is like a party where we turn stereotypes about Monday mornings all sideways and give the beginning of the week a fresh and playful start.  Class can be detail and alignment oriented, and also devotional and fun. We generally begin with a friendly check-in, grounding meditation, pranayama, and move into a warm and relatively challenging vinyasa practice with modifications gladly provided for different rhythms. We end with a few restorative poses and savasana.
