Gentle Flow is a slower paced practice where the breath is linked to movement and postures are held a little longer, oftentimes with the support of props. The aim is to create a moving meditation where the aim is less about what we look like on the outside, and more about where our attention is & how we feel on the inside.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, supported practice that uses props and the prolonged holding of a few simple poses to release deeply stored tension and achieve a state of deep relaxation. Restorative yoga can heal the effects of chronic stress & fatigue, support recovery from injury or illness, and help navigate anxiety and change.
This is an all levels class that begins with gentle flow and ends with restorative yoga for a balanced practice. A perfect way to begin your week.
