Yoga for Everyone
Come experience the purity of this ancient practice! Yoga for Everyone is based on traditional Ashtanga Yoga with Iyengar techniques for alignment and adjustments. Class begins with meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) to connect breath, body, and mind. Followed by a dynamic sequence of standing postures, seated postures, twists, forward bends and backbends. Savasana and relaxation will complete the class - allowing you to absorb the benefits of your practice. The sequence is designed to open, stretch, and strengthen the whole body; creating balance in body and mind.
The class is designed for beginners and intermediate yogis.
