Nurture and Bellydance

1.5 hours (1st half hour is a Nurturing Warm Up on a floor mat) ~an moment to pause, to surrender, to melt stress, & center into our core being.

The next hour is a Bellydance class that can accommodate all levels. We will be offering beginner information however I can offer layering techniques to others who want to refresh as well. I have almost 30 years now experience in Bellydance. With a background as well as a personal trainer, Fitness instructor, Pilates teacher, Qi Gong & Shorin Ryu practitioner.

We will work on applying pranayama techniques to isolations & movements of the dance. We will learn to travel & form circle dances with our movements. This class has a deep emphasis on nurturing the body’s firm & creating more alignment as we dance. Please feel welcome to bring your children if need be as a mom of four most of my practice I created while mothering.
