Intermediate Vinyasa

In this class we get into a wonderful rhythm of connection between body and breath. It is built around vinyasa kramas - one breath for one movement - and some Asana holds. It has some intermediate postures and requires good stamina and balance, although there will always be modifications offered and available. In these movement sessions we will also cover correct posturing, technique for going deeper, and include both strengthening and stretching. Gaia has studied Ashtanga, Hatha, Restorative, and Vinyasa yoga and includes elements of each throughout her flow sequences.
