Prenatal Yoga

Designed for pregnant bodies, this class combines movement, breathwork, chanting, meditation and relaxation to help you tap into your innate strength and wisdom for an empowered pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect in sacred space with others on the journey of pregnancy and build community.

Beyond modifying poses to make them safe for pregnancy, we’ll work to balance and align the hips, pelvis and pelvic floor, which can help encourage your baby into an optimal position for birth. We’ll also explore mindfulness-based tools for navigating physical and mental intensity that can help you prepare for labor and everything that comes after.

All yoga experience levels are welcome.
