Yoga for Joint Health

This class is suitable for folks who are concerned about their joints, elder yogis, or anyone interested in building resilience around their connective tissues! It is built on simple vinyasa kramas - one breath for one movement - curated by Gaia, a yoga therapist. These movement sequences are designed to lubricate the joints and strengthen the muscles.
