Michelle Ramseth
I love practices that meet us where we are—and gently invite us somewhere new. You can expect classes grounded in experience and open to discovery. I’ll bring thoughtful sequencing, clear guidance, and space for you to explore your own edge—whether that’s building strength, finding stillness, or simply showing up as you are.
When not in the studio, I’m either deep in the woods, on a disc golf course, or in the middle of writing a novel. I love dogs (mine, yours, all of them), and I’m constantly exploring practical spirituality—teachings that help me live with more awareness, honesty, and heart (inspired by work like Lightyear Leadership, The Four Agreements, The Yoga Sutras, and Werner Erhard’s conversations around responsibility and possibility).
My husband Benny and our dogs, Viggo and Leela, are some of my greatest teachers—they remind me daily what it means to live love-forward, to be present, and to keep things simple and real.
You can expect a space that’s grounded, open, and human. I care about the experience we’re creating together, and I’m not afraid to be real with you—there’s a good chance I might even tell you I love you at the end of class.
Ultimately, my goal is to live—and to help others live—vividly, dynamically, and from the heart.

Power Vinyasa
Move your body. Build heat. Clear your mind.
This dynamic, breath-driven practice will leave you feeling rinsed out, grounded, and re-energized.
You will tone and strengthen your body. You will clear your mind and leave with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit cultivated in a Power Vinyasa class will challenge you to step up to your edge and unlock your authentic personal power for living an extraordinary life.
Deep Stretch
Slow down. Stay awhile. Let go.
This practice invites you to soften beneath the surface—releasing tension held deep in the body while calming the mind and nervous system.
You will open and unwind your body. You will create space—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and at ease. Through long-held, supported postures, you’ll be guided to surrender effort, listen inward, and access a deeper layer of release. This is where restoration meets awareness—helping you reconnect, reset, and return to yourself.
